Employee Personal Branding: A three-part workshop series

Whether they realize it yet or not, your employees’ personal brands matter to their success and the success of the company.

This three-part workshop series will show your team exactly how to use their brands to grow trust with customers and clients, become ambassadors for the organization, and make a bigger impact at work.

Each training builds off the last, ensuring your team has the knowledge and confidence to speak about their work and the work of the company.

Part 1: Developing your personal brand

This workshop teaches employees what they'll wish they had learned in college. They'll leave with:

  • A clear understanding of branding for professionals

  • Their own personal brand statement so they can talk about themselves with confidence

  • The ability to explain how they add value to the business so they build stronger relationships and work more strategically

Part 2: Communicating your personal brand

In the second workshop, attendees will learn how to:

  • Share their accomplishments, rather than keeping it to themselves

  • Become more confident sharing their ideas and perspectives

  • Have an executive presence when meeting with prospects, clients, and others

Part 3: Aligning your brand with the company brand

The final workshop teaches your employees how to look polished and professional on LinkedIn so they can meet customers, attract clients, and be brand ambassadors for the company.

Zoom, teams, slack, phone, text—there are so many ways to communicate at work, especially for virtual, hybrid, and distributed teams. While these tools are meant to help us be more connected, disorganized use can lead to wasted time and money, poor client feedback, decreased productivity, and employee frustration.
